    离子液体修饰碳糊电极方波伏安法测定芦丁

    Square Wave Voltammetric Determination of Rutin with Ionic Liquid Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

    • 摘要: 制备了一种以亲水性离子液体1-戊基-3-甲基咪唑溴化物([AMIM]Br)为修饰剂的离子液体修饰碳糊电极(IL/CPE)。在pH 3.29的B-R缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了芦丁在IL/CPE上的电化学行为。结果表明:芦丁在IL/CPE上具有一对可逆的氧化还原峰,峰电位差为0.055 V,芦丁的还原峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为1.0×10-7mol·L-1。连续测定8.0×10-7mol·L-1芦丁标准溶液6次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%。方法用于测定尿样中芦丁的含量,回收率在98.3%~102.2%之间。

       

      Abstract: An ionic liquid, namely 1-amyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([AMIM]Br), used as electroactive material to modify carbon paste electrode (IL/CPE), was prepared, and electrochemical behavior of this modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry in B-R buffer solution of pH 3.29. It was found that a pair of reversible oxidation and reduction peaks of rutin was obtained at IL/CPE, with potential difference of oxidation peak and reduction peak attained to a value of 0.055 V. Linear relationship between values of reduction peak current and concentration of rutin was obtained in the range of 2.0×10-8-1.0×10-5mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 1.0×10-8mol·L-1. Test for precision was performed with 8.0×10-7mol·L-1 rutin standard solution for 6 determinations, value of RSD found was 1.6%. The proposed method was applied to the determination of rutin in urine, giving values of recovery in the range of 98.3%-102.2%.
