异丙肾上腺素荧光分光光度法测定豆样中痕量钼
Fluorospectrophotometric Determination of Trace Amount of Molybdenum in Beans Based on Its Fluorescence Quenching Effect on Isoprenalinum

摘要: 基于钼(Ⅵ)在pH 5.6的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,对异丙肾上腺素的荧光具有较强的猝灭作用,提出了用荧光分光光度法测定痕量钼的方法.钼(Ⅵ)质量浓度在0.01~0.15 mg·L-1时,异丙肾上腺素的荧光猝灭程度与钼(Ⅵ)质量浓度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为2.8 μg·L-1,常见的共存离子不干扰其测定,应用该法测定了多种豆样中痕量钼,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.74%~1.07%之间,回收率在99.0%~103.5%之间.Abstract: Base on the significant fluorescence-quenching effect of Mo(Ⅵ) on fluorescence emitted by isoprenalinum in an acetate buffer medium of pH 5.6,a fluorospectrophotometric method for determination of Mo(Ⅵ) was proposed.Linear relationship between the magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity and concentration of molybdenum was obtained over the range 0.01 to 0.15 mg·L-1.Detection limit (3s/k) found for the method was 2.8 μg·L-1.Those common co-existing ions were found not interfering to the determination of Mo(Ⅵ).Four kinds of bean samples were analyzed by the present method,giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 99.0%-103.5% and 0.74%-1.07% respectively.
