    荧光光度法研究蛇床子活性成分与牛血清白蛋白的结合作用

    Fluorescence Study on the Interaction of the Active Ingredient of Hops and BSA

    • 摘要: 研究了蛇床子与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的荧光光谱和紫外吸收光谱特征.试验结果表明:蛇床子活性成分与牛血清白蛋白形成复合物导致牛血清白蛋白荧光猝灭,猝灭机理主要为静态猝灭.试验数据分别采用Stern-Volmer拟合方程和Line-weaver-Burk拟合方程处理,进一步证明了结合反应引起的荧光猝灭属静态过程.文中还给出了反应的平衡常数及热力学参数.

       

      Abstract: Characteristic of the fluorescence spectrum and UV-absorption spectrum of the compound complex formed between BSA and active ingredient of hops (a traditional Chinese medicine) was studied.It was found that the formation of the compound complex led to quenching of fluorescence of BSA,which was proved to be a process of static quenching.The experimental data were treated by the fitting equations of Stern-Volmer and Line-weaver-Burk separately,and the mechanism of static quenching of the interaction between BSA and hops was certified.Equilibrium constants and thermodynamic parameters of the binding reaction were also given.
