    顶空-气相色谱法测定乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物塑料儿童用品中甲酰胺含量

    Head-Space GC Determination of Formamide in Children′s Articles Made of Plastic of Copolymer of Ethylene and Vinyl Acetate

    • 摘要: 应用顶空-气相色谱法测定了儿童用品乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物塑料中甲酰胺的含量。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为160 ℃和40 min,用DB-Wax色谱柱(0.53 mm×30 m,1 μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为内标物。甲酰胺的线性范围为1~646 μg。方法用于此类共聚物塑料地垫样品的分析,加标回收率在80.9%~82.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.1%~4.5%之间。

       

      Abstract: Head-space GC was applied to the determination of formamide in children′s articles made of plastic of copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The equilibrium temperature and time of head space sampler were set at 160 ℃ and 40 min respectively. The analyte was separated on DB-Wax column (0.53 mm×30 m,1 μm) and detected by FID. N,N-Dimethylformamide was used as internal standard. Linearity range was found between 1 μg and 646 μg of formamide. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of floor pad sample of the plastic copolymer, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method and RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 80.9%-82.8% and 4.1%-4.5% respectively.
