    毛细管柱气相色谱法测定烟用香精中黄樟素和香豆素

    Determination of Safrole and Coumarin in Tobacco Essence by Capillary Column-Gas Chromatography

    • 摘要: 烟用香精样品以甲醇超声提取,提取液经高速离心、0.45 μm滤膜过滤后,供气相色谱测定。采用SE-54毛细管柱分离样品,经火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。黄樟素和香豆素的质量浓度均在1.0~50.0 mg·L-1范围内与其色谱峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.3,0.4 mg·L-1。黄樟素、香豆素的回收率分别在88.0%~94.7%和89.0%~94.0%之间;相对标准偏差(n=6)分别在0.8%~4.5%和1.2%~5.7%之间。

       

      Abstract: Sample of tobacco essence was ultrasonically extracted with methanol and centrifuged at high speed. The supernatant obtained was filtrated with 0.45 μm filterring membrane and used for GC determination. SE-54 capillary column was used for separation of safrole and coumarin, FID as well as external standard method were adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between the values of peak area and mass concentration of safrole and coumarin were kept in the same range from 1.0 to 50.0 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.3 and 0.4 mg·L-1 respectively. The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the ranges of 88.0%-94.7% for safrole and 89.0%-94.0% for coumarin, with RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 0.8%-4.5% and 1.2%-5.7% respectively.
