    紫外分光光度法测定较高温度下咪唑啉类缓蚀剂开环程度

    Determination of Degree of Opening of the Heterocyclic Ring of Imidazolinium Inhibitors at Elevated Temperatures by UV-Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 用紫外分光光度法测试了在较高温度条件下咪唑啉缓蚀剂的水解,并据此测定了咪唑啉缓蚀剂的开环程度.最佳测定波长分别选定为205 nm和228 nm,通过测定205 nm波长处吸光度可以获得水解产物酰胺的浓度c1,通过测定228 nm波长处吸光度值可以获得咪唑啉环(即未开环的咪唑啉)的有效浓度c2,通过两者计算可得到咪唑啉缓蚀剂开环度.应将咪唑啉缓蚀剂试液水解4 h后并冷却至25 ℃进行检测,其相应浓度分别从校正曲线上查得.该方法线性范围为5~50 mg·L-1.

       

      Abstract: Degree of opening of heterocyclic ring of imidazolinium inhibitors at temperatures higher than 25 ℃ due to hydrolysis was determined by UV-spectrophotometry at the wavelengths of 205 nm and 228 nm,which were the absorption maxima of amides,the hydrolysate of imidazoline and of the imidazoline ring itself respectively.Measurements of absorbance values of the test solutions were made at the respective wavelengths after hydrolysis for 4 h at elevated temperatures and cooling the solution to room temperature (25 ℃).Concentrations of the hydrolysate (c1) and of the imidazoline remained (c2) were found from the calibration curves with the measured absorbance values,and degree of ring-opening was calculated by the formula given in the paper.Ranges of linearity of the calibration curves for determination of both the hydrolysate and the imidazoline were same and in the range of 5-50 mg·L-1.
