    化学计量学分光光度法同时测定钢铁中镧和铈

    SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF LANTHANUM AND CERIUM IN STEEL BY CHEMOMETRIC-SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

    • 摘要: 在pH 3.0的缓冲溶液中,镧(Ⅲ)、铈(Ⅲ)与偶氮胂-Ⅲ均发生高灵敏度的显色反应,生成稳定的配合物.其λmax均为657 nm,镧(Ⅲ)、铈(Ⅲ)含量在0-1.0 mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律,两者吸收光谱严重重叠.采用偏最小二乘法和主成分分析法用于普碳钢、铸铁等试样中镧和铈的测定,合成试样分析结果的相对误差小于10%.

       

      Abstract: In a chloroacetate buffer medium of pH 3.0,both La(Ⅲ) and Ce(Ⅲ) ions gave highly sensitive color reactions with arsenazo Ⅲ,having their absorption maxima (λmax 657 nm) seriously overlapped and same linearity range of 0-1.0 mg·L-1.Chemometric methods of principle component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) were applied to above mentioned spectrophotometric method and made it possible to determined La(Ⅲ) and Ce(Ⅲ) individually and simultaneously in iron and steel samples.Relative errors of less than 10% were obtained in its application to the analysis of some simulated samples.
