遗传算法用于鸡饲料中6种元素的同时测定

摘要: 将分光光度法与遗传算法相结合,对乳化剂OP-Zn2+(Cd2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Mn2+、Cu2+)-5-Br-PADAP所形成的三元胶束络合物严重重叠的吸收光谱进行解析,实现了6种元素的同时测定.方法的检出限在2~5 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于1.1% .方法用于鸡饲料中锌、镉、钴、镍、锰、铜的同时测定.Abstract: Genetic algorithm was applied to the spectrophotometric determination of Zn2+,Cd2+,Co2+,Ni2+,Mn2+ and Cu2+ in chicken feed by the color reaction with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of surfactant OP,to solve the problem of serious over-lapping of the absorption spectra of micellar complexes formed,and making the simultaneous determination of the 6 elements possible.Detection limits of the 6 elements were found in the range of 2-5 μg·L-1,and all the RSD′s obtained were less than 1.1%.
