Abstract: A review of the application of chiral mobile phase additives (CMPA) to the separation of enantiomers by HPLC,especially to the HPLC analysis of pharmaceuticals,in the recent years was presented in this paper.Mechanism on separation of enantiomers by different kinds of CMPA′s were expounded.(52 ref.cited)
