Abstract: Five chemical compounds,namely psoralen,isopsoralen,psoralidin,neobavaisoflavone and corylin,were extracted from fructus psoralea with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively,the extracts were separated and identified by HPLC and 1HNMR.By checking up with the literatures,molecular structures of the 5 compounds were confirmed.Individual PDE5 inhibition activity of each of the extracts in different organic solvents,at concentration level of 10-6mol·L-1 were determined,and as proved by the results obtained,the main active components of fructus psoralea were psoralen,isopsoralen and psoralidin.
