    微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药女贞子中9种金属元素

    FAAS Determination of 9 Metal Elements in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 用微波消解法处理样品,用硝酸-过氧化氢(4+1)混合溶液作为消解剂进行微波消解,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了中药女贞子中钙、镁、钾、钠、铁、锶、锰、铜和锌元素含量.9种元素检出限(3S/N)在0.000 6~0.024 8 mg·L-1之间,回收率在93.0%~107.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)在0.86%~4.39%之间.试验结果表明:女贞子中钾、钙、镁、铁、钠、锌、锰、铜和锶质量分数分别为16 940,1 790,1 640,467.8,116.0,24.5,15.0,9.6,1.9 μg·g-1,锌与铜含量的比值为2.55.由此可见,女贞子中钙、镁、钾元素含量丰富,铁含量也较高.为探讨中药金属元素种类及含量与治疗心血管疾病的关系等提供有用数据.

       

      Abstract: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to the determination of 9 metal elements,i.e.,Ca,Mg,K,Na,Fe,Sr,Mn,Cu and Zn,in the traditional Chinese medicine of Fructus ligustri lucidi.The sample was digested with a mixture of HNO3 and H2O2 (4+1,by vol.) in a microwave digestor.The sample solution was diluted to 50.0 mL,and used for FAAS determination.Detection limits (3S/N) found for the 9 elements were in the range of 0.000 6 to 0.024 8 mg·L-1.Tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method,and values of recovery and RSD′s (n=10) found were in ranges of 93.0%-107.3% and 0.86%-4.39% respectively.Amounts of the 9 elements found in the medicine sample were as follows:K 16 940 μg·g-1,Ca 1 790 μg·g-1,Mg 1 640 μg·g-1,Fe 467.8 μg·g-1,Na 116.0 μg·g-1,Zn 24.5 μg·g-1,Mn 15.0 μg·g-1,Cu 9.6 μg·g-1,Sr 1.9 μg·g-1 and the ratio of Zn/Cu attained to a value of 2.55.These data were useful in going further into the mechanism of therapeutic effect of the medicine in treating cardiocerebral vascular diseases.
