    石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定陶瓷餐具中钡的溶出量

    GF-AAS Determination of Amount of Barium Dissolved from Ceramic Tablewares

    • 摘要: 陶瓷餐具样品经硝酸-氢氟酸(3+1)混合溶液微波消解或乙酸(4+96)溶液萃取,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中钡的溶出量。选择灰化温度为1 050 ℃,原子化温度为2 600 ℃。萃取法得钡的线性范围为20.0~100 μg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为0.080 μg·L-1;消解法得钡的线性范围为10.0~100 μg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为0.029 μg·L-1。应用此法分析了陶瓷餐具样品,加标回收率在94.2%~98.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.6%~3.5%之间。

       

      Abstract: Sample of ceramic tableware was digested with a mixture of HNO3 and HF(3+1) in a microwave digestor or extracted by acetic acid (4+96) solution, and barium in the sample solution was determined by GF-AAS. Temperatures selected for ashing and atomization were 1 050 ℃ and 2 600 ℃ respectively. Linearity ranges of barium were found between 20.0-100 μg·L-1 for samples treated by extraction with HOAc and between 10.0-100 μg·L-1 for sample treated by microwave assisted digestion, with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.080 μg·L-1 and 0.029 μg·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was used in the analysis of ceramic tableware samples, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 94.2%-98.8% with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 2.6%-3.5%.
