ICP-AES Determination of Scandium in Mg-Sc Alloy

摘要: 提出了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镁钪合金中钪的含量。以盐酸(1+1)溶液和过氧化氢溶解样品,选择波长为361.384 nm的谱线作为钪的分析线。钪的发射强度与其质量浓度在20.00 mg·L-1以内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为2.9×10-4mg·L-1。方法用于镁钪合金样品分析,加标回收率在98.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.7%~1.8%之间。Abstract: An ICP-AES method for the determination of Sc in Mg-Sc alloy was proposed. The sample was dissolved with HCl (1+1) solution and H2O2. The wavelength of 361.384 nm was selected as analytical spectral line for the determination of Sc. Linear relationship between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of Sc was obtained in the range within 20.00 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) of 2.9×10-4mg·L-1. Recovery and precision of the method were tested by analyzing 4 Mg-Sc alloy samples by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 98.0%-102.0% and RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.7%-1.8%.
