    气相色谱-质谱法测定玩具塑料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂

    GC-MS Determination of Phthalates Added as Plasticizers in PVC Plastics for Making Toys

    • 摘要: 采用甲基异丁基甲酮作为萃取溶剂,超声辅助提取玩具聚氯乙烯塑料中的增塑剂,建立了邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基已基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)及邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)等6种增塑剂的气相色谱-质谱分析方法.在选择的试验条件下,DBP、BBP、DEHP和DNOP分离比较完全,通过比较保留时间,色谱图和149(m/z)峰面积,可实现以上4种物质的定性和定量分析.DINP、DIDP和DNOP出峰部分重叠,通过选择293和307(m/z)质谱峰,用于DINP和DIDP的定量分析.在10,20,50 mg·L-1 3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,方法回收率在80%~110%范围内,DBP、BBP、DEHP及DNOP检出限为20 mg·kg-1,DINP和DIDP的检出限(3s)为100 mg·kg-1.

       

      Abstract: Six phthalates (DBP,BBP,DEHP,DNOP,DINP and DIDP) used as plasticizers for PVC plastics for making toys were determined by hyphenated GC and MS.Samples of PVC plastics were extracted with methyl iso-butyl ketone ultrasonically.An aliquot of the extract was taken for GC-MS determination.Under the selected conditions,DBP,BBP,DEHP and DNOP were successfully separated and by comparing the data of retention time,the chromatograms and the peak area with m/z=149,qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed satisfactorily.To overcome the over-lapping of chromatograms of DINP,DIDP and DNOP,measurements of peak area of mass spectrum peaks with m/z=293 and m/z=307 were used for their determinations.Detection limits (3s) of 20 mg·kg-1 was found for DBP,BBP,DEHP and DNOP and of 100 mg·kg-1 for DINP and DIDP.Tests for recovery were made at the concentration levels of 10,20,50 mg·L-1 of the mixed phthalate standards,values of recovery found were in the range of 80%-110%.
