    气相色谱法测定污染空气中恶臭硫化物

    GC Determination of Stenchy Sulfides in Polluted Air

    • 摘要: 应用固相微萃取(SPME)预处理技术,采用脉冲火焰光度检测器(PFPD)-气相色谱法(GC)测定污染空气中硫化氢、二硫化碳、甲硫醇、1,2-乙二硫醇、甲硫醚、羰基硫6种恶臭硫化物.同时探讨了SPME及色谱的最佳条件.所得各物质的校正曲线相关系数在0.998 0~0.999 4之间,检出限在1.9~4.1 pg之间,加标回收率在89%~102%之间,测定结果的RSD值在1.3%~3.1%之间,所建立方法应用于实际样品分析,获得满意结果.

       

      Abstract: Gas chromatography with sample-pretreatment by solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME) and with pulse flame photometric detection was applied to the determination of 6 stenchy sulfides (hydrogen sulfide,carbon disulfide,methanethiol,1,2-ethanedithiol,dimethylthioether and carbonyl sulfide) in polluted air. Conditions of SPME and gas chromatography were studied and optimized. Correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations of these compounds were found in the range of 0.998 0 to 0.999 4,their detection limits in the range of 1.9-4.1 pg and their recoveries in the range 89%-102%. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of 3 air sample,giving values of RSD in range from 1.3% to 3.1%.
