    γ-MnO2的制备及其吸附除铬的性能

    Preparation of γ-MnO2 and Its Properties of Adsorption and Removement of Chromium

    • 摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备了γ-MnO2,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和Fourier变换红外光谱对γ-MnO2进行了表征,探讨了投加量、酸度、温度和震荡时间等因素对γ-MnO2吸附去除废水中铬的性能的影响。所合成的γ-MnO2,表面富含羟基,对铬有很强的吸附能力,在90 min内即可达到吸附平衡。吸附动力学数据符合准二级速率方程,吸附模型符合Freundlich吸附等温线。

       

      Abstract: γ-MnO2 was prepared by co-precipitation and characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. The effects of MnO2 dosage, pH, temperature and shock time on the adsorption capacity of chromium in waste water were investigated. The prepared γ-MnO2 was rich in hydroxyl groups, which was proved to be effective in removing chromium from water. The adsorption could reach equilibrium within 90 minutes. The adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo-secondorder rate equation, and the adsorption equilibrium followed the Freundlich model.
