Abstract: A review of the application of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) to the analysis of residual pesticides covering mainly the years from 1994 to 2005 was presented in this paper,pertaining mainly to the factors affecting the efficiency of SPME and the hyphenation of SPME with other instrumental analysis.Prospects for its future progress was also given (56 ref.cited).
