    固相萃取-在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱法测定豆芽中53种农药残留量

    GC-MS Determination of Residual Amounts of 53 Pesticides in Bean Sprout with Online Gel Permeation Chromatography and Solid-Phase Extraction

    • 摘要: 采用固相萃取-在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱法测定豆芽中53种农药残留量.豆芽样品以乙酸-乙腈(1+99)混合液提取,固相萃取小柱净化,采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱分离,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式.53种农药的质量浓度均在0.01~1.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.1~6.0 μg·kg-1之间.在20,50,100 μg·kg-1等3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,回收率在72.3%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.6%~6.6%之间.

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of residual amounts of 53 pesticides in bean sprout with online gel permeation chromatography and solid-phase extraction. The bean sprout sample was extracted with the mixture of acetic acid-acetonitrile (1+99),and purified with solid-phase extraction column. Online gel permeation chromatography and GC was used for separation and the selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 53 pesticides were kept in the same range of 0.01-1.0 mg·L-1,with detection limits in the range of 0.1-6.0 μg·kg-1. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method at the concentration levels of 20,50,100 μg·kg-1,giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 72.3%-104% and 1.6%-6.6%,respectively.
