    循环伏安法研究大黄素的电化学行为

    Study on Electrochemical Behavior of Emodin by Cyclic Voltammetry

    • 摘要: 采用循环伏安法研究了大黄素在滴汞电极上的电化学行为,应用线性扫描法提出了药用植物大黄中大黄素不需分离的直接测定方法.大黄素在pH 5.72 B-R缓冲溶液中,在-0.434 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处产生一灵敏的极谱峰,峰电流与大黄素浓度在1×10-6~1.5×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.试验结果表明:该体系属具有吸附性的准可逆过程体系.

       

      Abstract: Electrochemical behavior of emodin was studied by cyclic voltammetry,and direct determination of emodin in rhuharb by linear scanning polarography was proposed without pre-separation.In a B-R buffer solution of pH 5.72,a sensitive polarographic peak of emodin was observed at the potential of -0.434 V (vs.Ag/AgCl).Linear relationship between values of peak current and concentration of emodin was obtained in the range of 1×10-6-1.5×10-5mol·L-1.It was shown that,at a low scanning rate,the reduction process of emodin is an quasi-reversible electrode process,controlled mainly by adsorption.
