    一种新的修饰电极的制备及其应用于对苯二酚的高选择性测定

    Preparation of a Novel Modified Electrode and Its Application to the Determination of p-Benzenediol with High Selectivity

    • 摘要: 通过电聚合酸性络蓝K于多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上构建了一种新的修饰电极.研究了该电极的电化学性质,结果表明:该电极表现出优异的电催化和选择性能,可在异构体存在下伏安法选择测定对苯二酚.线性范围在1×10-6~1×10-4mol·L-1,检出限为1×10-7mol·L-1.所制作的电极对水样进行了测定所得结果与光谱法的结果一致.

       

      Abstract: The pretreated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified by dropping 10 μL of 1.0 g·L-1 suspension of functionized multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) in N,N′-dimethyl-formamide to the surface of MWCNT,and dried in air.Then the acid chrome blue K (ACBK) was electro-polymerized onto the surface of the MWCNT.In testing for the electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode,PACBK/MWCNT/GCE,excellent electrocatalytic effect and high selectivity toward its reaction with p-benzenediol (p-BZD) were observed.Determination of p-benzenediol was performed satisfactorily in the presence of its isomers.Linear relationship between the anodic peak current and the concentration of p-BZD was obtained in the range of 1×10-6-1×10-4mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 1×10-7mol·L-1.In its application to the analysis of water samples,results obtained were in consistency with the results obtained by spectrometry.
