凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱-质谱法测定水产品中拟除虫菊酯类农药
GC-MS Determination of Pyrethroid Pesticides in Aquatic Products with Gel Permeation Chromatography

摘要: 提出了水产品中拟除虫菊酯类农药的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。样品经环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1+1)混合溶剂提取,提取液经凝胶渗透色谱净化除去基质的干扰,所得洗脱液用环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1+1)混合溶剂定容至1.0 mL,用气相色谱-质谱法测定。以鲤鱼样品为基体,用标准加入法做回收及精密度试验,33种拟除虫菊酯类农药的回收率在75.2%~120%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.11%~13.7%之间。Abstract: A method for determination of pyrethroid pesticides in aquatic products by GC-MS was proposed. The sample was extracted with a mixed solvent of cyclohexane and ethyl acetate (1+1), and the extract obtained was purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) to eliminate the interference of matrix. Eluate from the GPC column was taken up with 1.0 mL of mixture of cyclohexane-ethyl acetate (1+1), which was used for GC-MS determination. Using sample of carp as matrix, recovery and precision were tested by the standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 75.2%-120% and values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 1.11%-13.7% respectively.
