离子交换富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定卷烟辅料中镉
FAAS DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM IN SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS OF TOBACCO MANUFACTURING AFTER ENRICHMENT BY ION EXCHANGE

摘要: 研究了用强阴离子交换柱富集和分离,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定卷烟辅料中镉,试样用微波加热消解.方法的相对标准偏差小于3.5%,标准回收率在96%~104%之间.Abstract: A method of enrichment of cadmium in supplementary materials used in tobacco manufacturing by ion-exchange and determination by FAAS was studied.Strong alkali anion resin was used in the experiment.Sample was digested by the microwave assisted heating.In the application to the analysis of 4 kinds of supplementary material samples,RSD′s of analytical results obtained were less than 3.5%,and results of recovery test were in the range of 96%-104%.
