    恒电流库仑法测定扑热息痛

    Constant Current Coulometric Determination of Paracetamol

    • 摘要: 以恒电流库仑法测定了扑热息痛的含量,采用0.5 mol·L-1溴化钾、1 mol·L-1硝酸钾与1 mol·L-1乙酸溶液(1+1+1)混合溶液作为电解液,铂片电极为工作电极,电解产生溴(Br2)与扑热息痛发生取代反应,并用电流上升法指示反应终点,由电解定律计算扑热息痛含量,其测定结果与药典规定方法相吻合.11次测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.4%.

       

      Abstract: It was reported that paracetamol was determined by constant current coulometry in an electrolyte containing 0.5 mol·L-1 KBr,1 mol·L-1 KNO3,1 mol·L-1 HOAc mixed in the ratio of 1 to 1 to 1.A replacement reaction was taken place between the analyte,paracetamol,and the bromine liberated electrolytically.Sudden raising in amperometric current was taken as the end point of the titration and leading to shutting off of the instrument automatically.Content of paracetamol in sample was calculated by the Faraday′s law.Result obtained by the present method (79.1%,average of 11 determinations with value of RSD of 0.4%) was found to be in conformity with the value (79.3%) found by the method of pharmacopoeia.
