    离子色谱法同时测定几种金属离子

    ION CHROMATOGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF METALLIC IONS

    • 摘要: 采用非抑制型离子色谱法、阳离子交换柱,电导检测器,柠檬酸-乙二胺为淋洗液,同时测定Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Pb2+.考察了乙二胺-柠檬酸配比及淋洗液pH对分离效果的影响,选择了最佳分离条件,得出四种离子的工作曲线方程,相关系数为0.993-0.999.检出限为0.03-0.10 mg·L-1,RSD为1.2%-2.0%,回收率为98%-106%,方法已用于污水样品的检测.

       

      Abstract: Metallic ions Cu2+,Zn2+,Ni2+,Pb2+ were simultaneously determined by non-suppression ion chromatography (IC) under conditions of a cationic exchanger column,an electric conductance detector and an eluant solution of citrate-ethylenediamine.Effects of eluant composition and pH on the separation are experimentally optimized.Regression equation of the calibration curves for all the four ions are presented,with correlation coefficients in the range of 0.993-0.999,detection limits 0.03-0.10 mg·L-1,RSD′s 1.2%-2.0% and recoveries 98%-106%.The method has been applied to the analysis of waste water.
