    基于铜(Ⅱ)-尼古丁配合物的形成火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定烟草中尼古丁含量

    Indirect FAAS Determination of Nicotine in Tobacco Based on Formation of Cu(Ⅱ)-Nicotine Coordination Complex

    • 摘要: 在pH 6.1~6.3的介质中,尼古丁和铜(Ⅱ)形成配合物,经反相高效液相色谱法确认配位比为2比1,并用红外光谱法、差热失重分析法对配合物进行了表征。提出了通过用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定络合反应剩余铜的量来间接测定尼古丁的方法。

       

      Abstract: In a medium of pH 6.1-6.3, a coordination complex was formed by the reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) and nicotine, and the co-ordinate ratio between nicotine and Cu(Ⅱ) was identified to be 2∶1 by HPLC. The coordination complex was characterized by IR and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The content of nicotine in tobacco was determined indirectly by AAS determination of amount of Cu(Ⅱ) remained after the complexing reaction.
