    共振散射比率法研究表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠与奎尼丁的相互作用

    Resonance Scattering Ratio Spectrometric Study on the Interaction of Sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulfonate with Quinidine

    • 摘要: 在pH1.81的B-R缓冲介质中,由十二烷基磺酸钠(SDBS)与奎尼丁的相互反应导致其分别在278.0,377.0nm两波长处所测得的共振散射信号(I)大大增强。当SDBS的浓度为3.0×10-4mol·L-1时,分别在上述两波长处测得的共振散射强度值(I278.0及I377.0)与相应的奎尼丁浓度依次在0.067~40,0.062~40 μmol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,其检出限(3σ)分别为6.71,6.15 nmol·L-1。据此可作奎尼丁的单波长法共振散射光谱测定。进一步研究发现:如采用分别在240.0 nm(波谷)及275.0 nm(波峰)测得的共振散射强度的比率(即I240.0/I275.0)作为参数,则其与奎尼丁浓度在0.007~75 μmol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,且奎尼丁检出限(3σ)为0.691nmol·L-1。由此可见,采用双波长测量技术的共振散射比率法测定奎尼丁的效果优于前者。

       

      Abstract: It was found that due to the interaction of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) with quinidine in a B-R buffer medium of pH 1.81, signals of resonance scattering intensity were significantly enhanced as measured at the wavelengths of 377.0 nm or 278.0 nm. When the concentration of SDBS for the reaction was taken as 3.0×10-4mol·L-1, values of scattering intensity (I) measured at the above mentioned wavelengths (I278.0 or I277.0) were found to keep linear relationships with concentration of quinidine in the ranges of 0.067-40 μmol·L-1 and 0.062-40 μmol·L-1 with detection limits (3σ) of 6.71 nmol·L-1 and 6.15 nmol·L-1 respectively. Based on these findings, single wavelength resonance scattering spectrometric determination of quinidine could be done. It was found further that by applying the dual wavelength technique, and taking the ratios of intensities measured at the wavelengths at wave crest and trough, i.e., I240.0/I275.0, as parameter in the determination of quinidine, linearity range of 0.007-75 μmol·L-1 and detection limit (3σ) of 0.691 nmol·L-1 were obtained. Hence, the dual wavelength resonance scattering ratio spectrometry was more preferrable to be used.
