    尿酸在聚磺基水杨酸修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其应用

    Electrochemical Behavior of Uric Acid at the Polysulfosalicylic Acid Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode and Its Analytical Application

    • 摘要: 用循环伏安法制备了聚磺基水杨酸修饰玻碳电极,研究了尿酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,提出了一种测定尿酸的方法.在pH 5.59的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,尿酸于0.458 V处产生一灵敏的氧化峰,运用差分脉冲伏安法,尿酸浓度在1.0×10-7~8.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内与其氧化峰峰电流呈线性关系,开路搅拌富集60 s,检出限(3S/N)达2.0×10-8mol·L-1.

       

      Abstract: The pretreated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with polysulfosalicylic acid (PSSA) by electropolymerization with cyclic voltammetry and the modified electrode,PSSA/GCE,was studied for its electrochemical behavior toward uric acid.In a phosphate buffer solution of pH 5.59,a sensitive oxidation peak given by uric acid was observed at the potential of 0.458 V (vs.SCE).A method for determination of uric acid was proposed by using the differential pulse voltammetry.Linear relationship between values of peak current of the oxidative peak and concentration of uric acid was obtained in the range from 1.0×10-7 to 8.0×10-6mol·L-1.Detection limit (3S/N) of 2.0×10-8mol·L-1 was obtained when enriched for 60 s with stirring under open circuit.
