    线性扫描极谱法研究布洛芬的电化学行为

    Study on Electrochemical Behavior of Ibuprofen by Linear Scanning Polarography

    • 摘要: 采用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究布洛芬的电化学行为.在pH 2.79 B-R缓冲溶液中布洛芬于-1.298 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,在布洛芬质量浓度为10.0~1 000.0 mg·L-1范围内,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与布洛芬浓度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5 mg·L-1.对100.0 mg·L-1布洛芬溶液进行6次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.62%,回收率在96.2%~103.8%之间.试验证实,布洛芬在电极上的还原反应在低扫速时为受扩散控制的不可逆过程,而在高扫速下,还原波是有吸附性的准可逆波.

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical behavior of ibuprofen was studied by linear scanning polarography and cyclic voltammetry.In a B-R buffer solution of pH 2.79,a sensitive adsorption wave given by ibuprofen was observed at -1.298 V (vs.SCE).Linear relationship between values of peak current of 1st derivative plot of linear scanning and mass concentration of ibuprofen in the range of 10.0-1 000.0 mg·L-1 was obtained,with a detection limit (3S/N) of 5 mg·L-1.Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 100.0 mg·L-1 for 6 replicate determinations,and the value of RSD found was 1.62%.Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method,and values of recovery found were in the range of 96.2%-103.8%.It was shown that,at a low scanning rate,the reduction of ibuprofen at the electrode is an irreversible process,controlled mainly by diffusion;and at a high scanning rate,the reduction wave is due to quasi-reversible process and behaving with adsorptive property.
