石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中痕量金和银
GFAAS Determination of Trace Amounts of Au and Ag in Geochemical Sample

摘要: 地球化学样品用盐酸-硝酸-水(3+1+4)混合酸溶解后,以二苯硫脲涂层聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附富集样品溶液中金和银,用10 g·L-1硫脲溶液进行淋洗分离,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中金和银的含量。金和银的质量浓度依次在100.0 μg·L-1和200.0 μg·L-1以内与吸光度呈线性关系,金和银的检出限(3s)分别为0.3 ng和0.2 ng。方法用于分析地球化学标准物质,测定结果与认定值相符。Abstract: The geochemical sample was dissolved in mixed acid of HCl-HNO3-H2O(3+1+4). Trace amounts of Au and Ag in the sample solution were adsorbed on polyurethane foamed plastics which was adsorbed with diphenylthiourea prelimiarily and separated by elution with 10 g·L-1 thiourea solution from the foamed plastics. The solution obtained was used for determination of Au and Ag by GFAAS. Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Au and Ag were obtained in the ranges within 100.0 μg·L-1 and 200.0 μg·L-1 respectively, with detection limits (3s) of 0.3 ng for Au and 0.2 ng for Ag. The proposed method was used in the analysis of geochemical CRM′s, giving results in consistency with the certified values.
