    表面铅(Ⅱ)印迹聚合物的制备及其分离富集性能研究

    Preparation of Surface Pb(Ⅱ) Imprinted Polymer and Study on Its Performance of Separation and Enrichment

    • 摘要: 以铅(Ⅱ)为印迹离子,以3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,用表面印迹技术在纳米TiO2/SiO2表面聚合形成铅(Ⅱ)印迹聚合物。试验结果表明:在静态吸附条件下,铅(Ⅱ)印迹聚合物对铅(Ⅱ)的吸附量为非印迹聚合物吸附量的3倍。控制富集的含铅(Ⅱ)样品溶液pH为4,体积最大为200 mL,通过柱的流量为1.0 mL·min-1。用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了洗脱液中的铅量。方法的检出限(3s)为0.09 μg·L-1。以湖水样品为基体,用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在95.6%~98.1%之间。应用所提出方法分析了2种国家一级标准物质,测得铅含量与认定值一致。

       

      Abstract: Surface Pb(Ⅱ) imprinted polymer (SPbIP) was prepared by using Pb(Ⅱ) as the imprinting ion, 3-aminpropyltriethoxysilane as the functional monomer to form Pb(Ⅱ) imprinted polymer on the surface of nano TiO2/SiO2 by surface imprinting technique. It was shown that under condition of static adsorption, the adsorption capacity of SPbIP was found 3 times higher than that of non-SPbIP. Acidity of sample solution having its maximum volume of 200 mL, was adjusted to pH 4 and passed through the SPbIP column at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Content of Pb(Ⅱ) in the eluate was determined by ICP-AES. The detection limit (3s) found was 0.09 μg·L-1. Recovery was tested by standard addition method using samples of lake water as matrixes, values of recovery found were in the range of 95.6% to 98.1%. Lead in 2 CRM′s was determined by the proposed method, giving results in consistency with the certified values.
