    毛细管柱气相色谱法测定蜜饯中甜蜜素

    GC Determination of Sodium Cyclamate in Candied Fruit with Capillary Chromatographic Column

    • 摘要: 蜜饯样品与海砂研磨并用水浸取2 h,分取部分滤液加入适量硫酸后用已定量配入内标甲苯的正己烷10 mL萃取,分取后取出正己烷液层进行气相色谱分析.测定中采用Eduity-1毛细管色谱柱及火焰离子化检测器.应用所提出的方法分析了3种蜜饯样品,并用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在96.4%~99.7%之间.

       

      Abstract: Sample of candied fruit was pulverized with sea sand and soaked in water for 2 h.An aliquot of the filtrate,after acidified with sulfuric acid,was extracted with 10 mL of n-hexane in which a definite amount of the internal standard,toluene,was added.After phase separation,the n-hexane layer was taken for GC analysis.The Eduity-1 capillary chromatographic column and FID were used in the determination.Three kinds of candied fruits were analyzed by the proposed method,giving values of recovery in the range of 96.4%-99.7%.
