    高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中9种防晒剂

    HPLC Determination of 9 Ultraviolet Absorbents in Cosmetics

    • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中二苯酮-3、3-亚苄基樟脑、4-甲基苄亚基樟脑、奥克立林、PABA乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯酰基甲烷、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、胡莫柳酯等9种防晒剂的含量.样品用甲醇提取,以Ultimate XB-C18色谱柱为固定相,用甲醇和水以不同比例混合的溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器测定.9种防晒剂在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的测定下限(10S/N)在12.5~100 mg·kg-1之间.以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在87.9%~95.7%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.4%~4.5%之间.

       

      Abstract: HPLC was applied to the determination of 9 ultraviolet absorbents,i.e.oxybenzone,3-benzylidene-camphor,3-(4′-Methylbenzylidene)-d-l camphor,octocrylene,padimate O,butyl methoxy-dibenzoylmethane,ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,salicylic acid-2-ethyl-1-hexyl ester and homosalate in cosmetics.The sample was extracted with methanol,then separated on Ultimate XB-C18 chromatographic column with mixtures of methanol and water with different mixing ratios as mobile phase in the gradient elution,and determined with photodiode array detector.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 9 ultraviolet absorbents were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits (10S/N) found were ranged from 12.5 to 100 mg·kg-1.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of 87.9%-95.7%,with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 3.4%-4.5%.
