    气相色谱-质谱法测定食品中2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸钠

    GC-MS Determination of Sodium 2-(4-Methoxyphenoxy) Propionate in Foods

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定食品中2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸钠的含量。食品样品用盐酸(1+1)溶液酸化后经乙酸乙酯提取,在气相色谱分离中用DB-FFAP石英毛细管色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式。2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸的线性范围为5.0~100 mg·L-1,方法的测定下限(10S/N)为4 mg·kg-1。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为79.5%~92.2%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.2%~6.2%。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionate in foods. The food sample was extracted with ethyl acetate after acidification of HCl (1+1) solution. The DB-FFAP quartz capillary chromatographic column was used for GC separation and the selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Linearity range of 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy) propionic acid was found between 5.0 mg·L-1 and 100 mg·L-1 with lower limits of determination (10S/N) of 4 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 79.5%-92.2%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 3.2%-6.2%.
