摘要: 高铅炉渣样品经硝酸分解并过滤,所得滤液中铅离子与硫酸反应生成硫酸铅沉淀,与锌、铁、钙、铜、铝等离子分离,再加入乙酸溶解硫酸铅沉淀,在pH 5.5~6.0的介质中,以二甲酚橙作指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定滤液中铅含量(w1);过滤所得沉淀经过氧化钠碱熔后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中铅含量(w2),二者之和即为炉渣中的总铅(w)含量。Abstract: The sample of high lead slag was dissolved with HNO3, and after filtration, the filtrate was reacted with H2SO4 to precipitate PbSO4 to separate Pb from Zn, Fe, Ca, Cu and Al. The precipitate of PbSO4 obtained was dissolved with CH3COOH and the content (w1) of Pb was determined by titration with xylenol orange as indicator and EDTA as titrant in a medium of pH 5.5-6.0. The precipitate was fused with Na2O2 and the content of Pb (w2) was determined by ICP-AES. The sum of w1 and w2 was the total content of Pb (w) in the sample.
