    Determination of Nickel(Ⅱ) in Water by FAAS Combined with FI-Online-Enrichment

    • FAAS combined with FI-online-enrichment device was applied to the determination of nickel(Ⅱ) in water using D412 chelating resin as enrichment materials. The optimized conditions were as follows: ① column enrichment: dry filling;② pH of adsorption medium: 6;③ sample rate: 5 mL·min-1;④ amount of 3 mol·L-1 nitric acid solution(eluent): 2.5 mL;⑤ elution rate: 7.5 mL·min-1. The linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of nickel was with in the range of 50 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s) of 0.35 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of tap water and river water,giving values of recovery rates and RSD′s (n=7) in the ranges of 96.0%-101% and 2.5%-3.1% respectively.
