    Electrochemical Property of Ascorbic Acid at β-Cyclodextrin/Polyaniline Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

    • The electrochemical property of ascorbic acid at β-cyclodextrin/polyaniline modified glassy carbon electrode was studied.The β-cyclodextrin/polyaniline modified glassy carbon electrode was perpared by electropolymerization method.The modified electrode had excellent catalytic oxidation effects to ascorbic acid due to the synergy of polyaniline and β-cyclodextrin.Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of ascorbic acid was found in the range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4mol·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 8.1 ×10-7mol·L-1.The precision of the method was tested at 5.0×10-6mol·L-1 ascorbic acid solution for 6 replicates,with RSD of 0.21%.The proposed method exhibited good selectivity and reproducibility,and it was applicable for selective determination of ascorbic acid in the presence of dopamine.
