    Determination of Epirubicin Hydrochloride by Cyclic Voltamming Using Graphene Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

    • Graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was used for determination of epirubicin hydrochloride by cyclic voltammetry. In the B-R solution with pH 4.0,epirubicin hydrochloride showed an obvious oxidation peak at -0.382 V on the graphene modified electrode,and the current of oxidation peak on the modified electrode was two times more than that on the bare glassy carbon electrode. The linear relationship was found between the oxidation peak current and the concentration of epirubicin hydrochloride in the range of 1.0×10-7-1.0×10-6mol·L-1 with the detection limit (3S/N) was 2.0×10-9mol·L-1 .The method was used for analysis of epirubicin hydrochloride injection,giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 95.9%-97.7% and RSD (n=6) was less than 2%.
