Abstract
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of specific migration elements,i.e.Ba,Co,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,and Li in alcoholic food simulants with organic direct injection.RF power was 1 350 W,nebulize gas flow was 0.30 L·min-1,cooling gas flow was 13 L·min-1,and assistant gas flow was 1.0 L·min-1 in system of organic direct injection.Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of the 7 elements were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits (3s) found were ranged from 0.6 to 7.8 μg·L-1.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 98.2%-107%,and values of RSD′s (n=7) less than 2.0%.
