    Improvement on Analytic Methods for Sulphur,Nitrocellulose and Potassium Perchlorate in Ignition Compounds

    • Analytic methods for sulphur,nitrocellulose and potassium perchlorate in ignition compounds were improved.Continuous gravimetric method which used benzene,acetone and hot water as solvent individually and then filtrated was applied to analyze sulphur,nitrocellulose and potassium perchlorate.Values of recovery of sulphur were in the range of 99.8%-100%,and value of RSD (n=10) of 4.1%.Values of recovery of nitrocellulose were in the range of 99.7%-100%,and value of RSD (n=10) of 3.3%.Values of recovery of potassium perchlorate were in the range of 99.9%-100%,and value of RSD (n=10) of 2.7%.The method was safe and simple.The test time was shortened 16 h,saving labor force and consumables.
