Abstract
IC was applied to the determination of Cl- and C2O42- in vanadyl sulfate. Vanadium ion in the sample solution was removed by precipitation with hydrazine hydrate solution. The supernatant was filtered through an Onguard Ⅱ H column. IonPac AS19 anion separation column and IonPac AG19 anion guard column were used in IC analysis with potassium hydroxide solution as eluent for gradient elution. Conductivity detection was adopted. The linearity ranges of Cl- and C2O42- were 0.01-0.50 and 0.10-50.0 mg·L-1, with the lower limits determination of 0.597 and 0.594 mg·kg-1, respectively. Recovery rates of Cl- and C2O42- were in the range of 96.9%-104% and 88.2%-92.0%, respectively, and RSDs were less than 5.0%.
