Abstract
Photoelectric direct-reading atomic emission spectrometry was applied to the determination of major and impurity elements in K18 super alloy. The sample was pretreated by a grinder to give a smooth surface. The edge of the sample was excited for the determination. Standard curves were established with a set of internal control standards. Drift correction was made by using the control sample method. The results obtained by the proposed method were in consistent with those obtained by ICP-AES and high-frequency induction heating-infrared absorption method and RSDs (n=11) were within 7.6%.
