    QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS Determination of 31 Pesticide Residues in Ecological Textile

    • QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS was applied to the determination of 31 pesticide residues in ecological textiles. The sample was splintered and then extracted with acetonitrile. The extract was dehydrated with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride, purified with ethylenediamine-N-propylsilane and C18 adsorbent, then centrifuged and filtrated for GC-MS/MS analysis. The analytes were separated on a Thermo TR-RESTICIDE capillary chromatographic column. EI and SRM were adopted in MS. The linearity ranges of the 31 pesticides were found 0.01-1.00 mg·L-1 with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.005-0.007 mg·kg-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 80.3%-99.9%, and RSDs (n=6) were less than 7.0%.
