    Determination of 1,1-Dichloroethlane and 1,2-Dichloroethlane in Textiles by Headspace Gas Chromatography

    • Headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) was applied to the determination of 1,1-dichloroethlane and 1,2-dichloroethlane in textiles. The sample was treated at 100 ℃ for 30 min in the headspace vial. The analytes were separated on a HP-5MS column, detected by FID and quantified by external standard method. The linearity ranges of 1,1-dichloroethlane and 1,2-dichloroethlane were both 1.0-250 mg·kg-1, with same detection limits of 0.25 mg·kg-1 and the same lower limits of determination of 0.83 mg·kg-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 95.1%-109%, with RSDs (n=6) in the range of 0.3%-2.1%.
