    HPLC Determination of 10 Fluorescent Whitenings in Mushrooms

    • HPLC was applied to the determination of 10 bis(triazinyl)aminostilbene fluorescent whitenings in mushrooms. For chromatographic separation,athena C18-WP chromatographic column (4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used as stationary phase,and mixtures of acetonitile and 0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution with different mixing ratios were used as mobile phase in the gradient elution. Fluorescence detector was adopted in the determination with λex at 350 nm and λem at 430 nm. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 10 fluorescent whitenings were kept in the same range of 2.0-100 μg·L-1,with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.002-0.005 mg·kg-1. On the base of a blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 73.0%-121%,with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.90%-7.8%.
