Abstract
A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by using silica gel, with vinyl group linked on its surface, as carrier, dimethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate as template molecules, methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker. The adsorption behavior was studied, and as shown by the results that there were two types of binding sites on the surface of MIP and its adsorption process was a multi-molecular layer adsorption. The MIP prepared was applied to SPE as the stationary phase and proved to have effective separation and enrichment capacity as combined with the HPLC determination of plasticizer present in beverage as pollutant origniated from the plastic container.
