    Determination of 9 Trace Elements in Wild Jackfruit Root Bark by ICP-MS

    • ICP-MS was applied for the determination of 9 trace elements in wild jackfruit root bark. The sample was extracted by boiling method and the extract was purified with D101 macro-porous adsorption resin for detection. The extractive rates of the 9 elements were in the range of 0-55.4%. The immerse-residue ratios were in the range of 0-125%. The adsorption ratios were between 0-3.1%. The linear ranges of the 9 elements were within 200 μg·L-1, detection limits were in the range of 3.61-68.00 ng·L-1. The standard sample was analyed by the proposed method, the results obtained were in consistency with the certified values, measurements of RSD (n=5) was not more than 2.4%.
