Abstract
GC-MS was applied to the determination of 3 amides, i.e. N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and N,N-dimethylacylamide in soil. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with acetone. The extract was separated on DB-624 chromatographic column. Modes of full-scanning and selected ion monitoring were adopted in MS determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 3 amides were kept in the same range of 0.05-20.0 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.5-1.5 mg·kg-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 85.3%-110%, and values of RSD′s (n=7) were in the range of 1.5%-5.3%.
