Abstract
Samples of colored plastic tablewares for determination of residual amounts of the 33 primary aromatic amines (PAAs) was pretreated as follows: ① samples of CH2Cl2-soluble plastic tablewares were extracted ultrasonically with CH2Cl2. ② Samples of CH2Cl2-insoluble plastic tablewares were swollen and extracted ultrasonically with CH2Cl2 and the extract was separated. In chromatographic separation, BEH Phenyl column was used as stationary phase, and mixtures of H2O and CH3OH (containing φ 0.07% HCOOH) in various ratios were used as mobile phase in gradient elution. In MS/MS analysis, ESI+ and MRM mode were adopted, and method of isotope internal standard was used for quantification. Values of detection limit (3S/N) for the determination of residual amount and migration amounts of the 33 PAAs were in the ranges of 6-10 μg·kg-1 and 0.03-0.5 μg·kg-1 respectively. Values of recovery were ranged from 60.1% to 119% (for residual amounts) and from 72.5% to 115% (for migration amounts) with values of RSD′s (n=6) in the ranges of 2.3%-15% and 2.8-14% respectively.
