    New Progress of Time-Resolved Fluoroimmunoassay

    • A review on the recent progress of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) covering years from 2003 to 2015 was presented, including fluorescence resonance energy transfer-TRFIA, enzyme amplification-TRFIA and TRFIA based on nanoparticles, and also the hyphenations of TRFIA with flow injection analysis and with real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Brief prospects on development of TRFIA were also given (82 ref.cited).
