Recent Progress of Research of Analytical Methods for Photoinitiators in Food and Food Packaging Materials

A review on the recent progress of research of analytical methods for photoinitiators in food and food packaging materials (including methods of sample pretreatment, i.e. SPE, SPME, d-SPE, ASE, DLLME and GPC, and analytical methods, i.e. GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, LC, LC-MS/MS and UPC²) was presented. Prospects on the trends of development in this field were also given (51 ref. cited).
